What is bleed area and how does it affect the design file?

During sublimation printing, we place the blank pad onto the printed transfer paper.

If the design is exactly aligned with the edge, white borders will easily show after printing.

Therefore, we require a 3–5 mm bleed area for your printed design to ensure clean, finished edges.

Do you provide samples? How much is the sample fee?

Samples are needed before mass production. The sample fee varies by product type:

USD 50 for standard rubber base + fabric
USD 70 for PORON base + fabric
USD 150 for wrist rest products (mold cost included)

Sample fee is generally fully refundable in mass production. For details, please contact our sales team.
