Our Journey
In 2009, with no experience in the rubber industry, our founder Zhou Yu started Padmat Rubber in Daojiao, Dongguan. As a professional mouse pad manufacturer, the early days were filled with countless trials and setbacks, as we had no technical foundation to rely on. Under immense financial pressure, we experimented with materials, equipment, and production processes, and it took a full year after the company's founding before we finally produced our first mouse pad.
Over the past 18 years, we have steadily progressed into one of China's largest rubber mat manufacturers and a trusted OEM/ODM partner for globally recognized brands.

Our factory holds ISO9001, ISO14001, and BSCI certifications, and all products have passed SGS, RoHS,WCA, REACH, EN71/72/73, GRS, and CA65. Strict quality control ensures international standards.

Fully In-House Manufacturing System
From raw materials to finished products, Padmat Rubber operates a fully in-house manufacturing system, forming a complete and closed-loop supply chain that ensures consistency, stability, and reliable quality. We control every stage of production, including natural rubber foaming, roll materials manufacturing, cutting, printing, edge stitching, and final packaging.
With 20,000㎡ of modern factory space and more than 40 automated production machines, we maintain strong large-scale manufacturing capabilities with a daily output of over 50000 pcs. This robust and efficient capacity enables us to support high-volume OEM/ODM orders for global brands while ensuring punctual delivery and stable quality.
Our Responsibility
We have always prioritized environmental protection and corporate responsibility. To minimize the environmental impact of our production, we established a dedicated foaming facility in Chashan, Dongguan, and redesigned the exhaust treatment system for the foaming process to meet stricter environmental standards. At the same time, we are committed to the health and well-being of every employee. All staff receive two free health check-ups each year, dormitories are equipped with air conditioning and water heaters, and medical emergency kits are provided in the production workshops—ensuring a safe, supportive, and caring workplace.
